TO REGISTER FOR AN ELAM SPECIAL EVENT
Fill out the top portion and Special Event section of the Elam registration form or
contact the Elam Center directly at (614) 878-1382. Do not send a council event
registration form or $$$ when signing up for an Elam program. Payment should only be
sent upon receipt of confirmation packet with included invoice.
Program placement will take place 60 days before the program date. Program
participants will be selected randomly. After selection your program confirmation,
invoice, special instructions, and directions to Elam will be sent.
Fees: As listed with each program. Add-ons at the door add $1.00 to the fee listed.
Deadline: Thirty (30) business days before program date.
Event #5108: Fall Back to Camp – Kick Off the Year!
Girl Scouts, troops and families are welcome to join us at one of our camps for the 2010
kick-off to the Girl Scout year! Play a few games, learn about the newest patch
programs, explore the camp, and learn about Journeys! Go for a hike or hang out in one of
our pavilions, this is the day to learn about what Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland has to
offer! Campfire, marshmallows and beverages will be provided.
Date: Sat., Sept. 25, 2010 – Crooked Lane Learning Center (Morrow County)
Sat., Oct. 2, 2010 – Camp Ken-Jockety (Franklin County)
Sat., Oct. 9, 2010 – Camp Molly Lauman (Scioto County)
Sat. Oct. 23, 2010 – Camp Wakatomika (Licking County)
Time: 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Cost: $5 per person
Max/Min: 200/50 people
Deadline: Fri., Sept. 9, 2010; Fri., Sept. 17, 2010; Fri. Sept. 24, 2010; Fri., Oct. 8, 2010,
respectively.
